thinkbrown: Trying to mix family-friendliness with full-on fun is always a challenge, but Dodge seems to have a knack for it. The 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8 ($TBA) is a perfect example, with its roomy interior, four full-sized doors, 900-watt, 19-speaker Harman Kardon speaker system and full complement of safety features that belie the car’s racing tendencies, which include a 6.4-liter HEMI V-8 pumping out an estimated 465 horsepower, paddle shifters, 20-inch aluminum wheels, Brembo brakes, aggressive body work, “racetrack” LED tail lamps, and dual exhaust tips. It’s good to be the dad. Damn nice car. Looks a bit like the Evo X.
